• Title: Senior Litigation Attorney – Real Estate (Remote | Western U.S.)
• Location: Remote – Must be licensed in CA, TX, AZ, or NV

Overview
Our client, a national litigation law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team supporting real estate and mortgage litigation matters. This is a fully remote opportunity for a licensed litigator in CA, TX, AZ, or NV.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Attend mediations, trials, and hearings
• Take and defend depositions
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
• Utilize legal tech systems for case and document management
  
  

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in one or more of: CA, TX, AZ, or NV
• Minimum of 8 years’ litigation/courtroom experience (foreclosure law a plus)
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Familiarity with Westlaw or Fastcase
• Willingness to travel as needed for litigation events
