About the Opportunity

Avant Tech is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician on behalf of a respected integrated care provider in Hartford, CT. This organization delivers critical health services to underserved communities and values team-based, culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy to a diverse client base
• Support intake, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with medical, dental, and pharmacy professionals
• Provide services to either adolescents or adults, depending on your expertise
• Help clients address trauma, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Independent licensure in CT (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Experience or passion for working in community health
