Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Locations: Marietta, GA; Savannah, GA

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts.
• Diagnose and repair pipe, fixture, and water heater issues.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing, quality, and safety codes.
• Work with customers to provide plumbing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Plumber (Master or Journeyman).
• 2-5 years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of standard industry concepts, practices, codes, and procedures
• Physical Qualifications:
  • Strength: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Agility: Ability to climb ladder and work in crawlspaces.

• Master Plumber: 30% commission (gross revenue minus job & material costs) + Hourly pay rate.

• Journeyman Plumber: 28% commission (gross revenue minus job & material costs) + $Hourly pay rate.
