This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacist to take on a management role while maintaining a work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or major holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, including regulatory compliance, inventory management, and patient safety.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to support patient care and medication management.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with pharmacy best practices.
• Manage workflow, personnel, and financial aspects of the pharmacy.
• Stay up to date on HIPAA, fraud prevention, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or PharmD in Pharmacy (accredited institution)
• Active Pharmacist License in Texas
• 3+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of 340B pharmacy programs (preferred but not required)
• Immunization certification (preferred)
