Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA Therapy

Location: Dearborn, Grosse Pointe Woods, and Southgate, Michigan (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Overview:

Avant Tech is seeking passionate and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a pediatric therapy provider delivering in-home and clinic-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement ABA treatment plans
• Lead and train ABA clinicians
• Oversee clinical progress and data reporting
• Communicate with parents and funders
• Participate in ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA certified (or master’s degree with completed ABA coursework)
• 1 year ABA/behavioral therapy experience (preferably in pediatric or special education settings)
• Understanding of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Proven success in training/supervising therapists
• Familiar with Medicaid and private insurance billing
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual/Multilingual a plus
