Position Overview:

The HR Recruiter would serve as a strategic advisor to our client, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment, optimizing talent management, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.

  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays - 8 AM - 5 PM EST - Fully remote
