Are you an experienced foreclosure attorney looking to join a dynamic legal team with flexibility and a strong tech-driven workflow? Avant Tech is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing law firm seeking a New York-barred attorney to support its foreclosure practice.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal pleadings: Complaints, Orders, Motions
Represent clients in court: Hearings, mediations, settlement conferences
Collaborate with supervising attorneys, appearance counsel, and business units
Advise clients on case strategy and legal directives
Manage escalated cases and ensure updates in client systems
Coordinate appearances and represent client interests with integrity

Qualifications:

Active member of the New York Bar (in good standing)
JD from an accredited law school
3–5 years of foreclosure or lender-side litigation experience
Strong legal drafting and oral advocacy skills
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and case management software
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
Must be willing to travel for court appearances in New York
