Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this remote, commission-only role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the USA market. Your primary focus will be on generating technical requisitions from clients, ultimately leading to successful placements and revenue growth for Avant Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the USA market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and industries.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients with high-growth potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet company revenue targets.
- Client Management:
- Understand client needs and translate them into specific staffing requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the US market and its key industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
