Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager – Las Vegas, NV

Avant Tech, a staffing partner to healthcare leaders, is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager for a progressive hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. This hospital is recognized for its outstanding maternity and women’s health services and offers a Level III NICU.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite
• Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Full Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
• Oversee clinical staff across antepartum, delivery, and postpartum phases
• Drive patient safety, staffing, compliance, and team development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary OB and NICU teams

Requirements:

• Current NV RN license, BSN required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (must be current)
• 2+ years as an L&D nurse + 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
